Hi! Our moving day is getting closer and today it actually hit me that we will soon not live in the city center anymore. That makes me a bit sad, I LOVE living here and every time I go out I just keep thinking about how much I love being exactly where we are now. But this move will be good, I’m sure. We love the new place and there are so many things that will come with it so in two months time I bet I won’t feel like I miss the city as much as I thought I would. Hopefully hehe. And we’ll still be living in the city, just not in the city center.
//Hej! Flyttdagen närmar sig och idag slog det mig att vi faktist snart inte kommer bo mitt i stan mera. Det gör mig faktist lite ledsen, jag ÄLSKAR att bo här och varje gång jag går ut så tänker jag bara på hur mycket jag älskar att bo exakt där vi är nu. Men den här flytten kommer bli så bra, jag är säker på det. Vi älskar det nya stället och det är så många bra saker som kommer iom flytten så om två månader kan jag slå vad om att jag inte kommer sakna stan så mycket som jag trodde. Förhoppningsvis hehe. Och vi kommer ju fortfarande bo i stan, inte bara mitt i centrum.
This week we decided that our official moving date will be in a week on Friday. That means that we’ll rent a van and move all our furniture. This Friday we’re aiming to get most of all the small loose things moved in smaller boxes so all that is out of the way next week. Also the owners want to sell this flat and they want to take the photos with much, much less things in here hehe. So now we have to actually start packing for real and the best part is to go through everything and decide what comes with us, what we can sell or give away and what’s just trash. We have a long list of things that we have to remember when we move, like changing addresses, get a new electricity contract and other boring things that are always annoying haha.
//Den här veckan bestämde vi att den officiella flyttdagen kommer vara om en vecka på fredag. Det betyder att vi hyr en paketbil för att flytta alla möbler. Den här fredagen är vårt mål att flytta alla småprylar i mindre lådor så allt det är ur vägen nästan vecka. Ägarna kommer också sälja den här lägenheten så de vill fota den med mycket, mycket mindre grejer i hehe. Så nu måste vi verkligen börja packa påriktigt och det bästa är ju att gå igenom allt och bestämma vad som kommer med, vad vi ska sälja eller ge bort och vad som ska slängas. Vi har en lång lista på saker som vi måste komma ihåg när vi flyttar, som att göra adressföränring, fixa nytt elkontrakt och andra tråkiga saker som alltid är irriterande haha.
Tomorrow our Easter holidays start and it’s a really short work day – definitely looking forward to finishing at 13.30 and then we have four days off. This year actually there won’t be too many Easter decorations coming out since we have to pack everything, not unpack haha. Now I’m going to go make myself a small snack, eat it in bed and then sleep. Night ❤
//Imorgon börjar vårt påsklov och det är en jätte kort arbetsdag – ser definitivt fram emot att sluta 13.30 och sen ha fyra dagar ledigt. Det här året kommer det nog inte vara många påskdekorationer som tas fram då vi ska packa allt, inte packa upp haha. Nu ska jag gå laga något kvällsmål, äta i sängen och sen sova. Godnatt ❤
